It's ideally situated on the coast providing easy access to Del Mar Race Track, world class golfing and more. Short term vacation rental starting July 1st through September 8th. Private Guest House and garage are occupied by owners and are not included, and are not accessible. Lease term is negotiable. Minimum Stay is 21 days. No Exceptions or Extensions after September 8th. Small Dogs are ok with Owner's Approval, and Subject to an $800 refundable pet deposit. Security Deposit is $9000, due at signing, and balance of rent due 1 week prior to move in.
